As I age, I've noticed many annoying things happening to my body. One of them is that with most of my sneezes, there is no longer a "build up," you know, that feeling you get when you know you're going to sneeze, which allows you to reach for a tissue or at least cover your nose with your arm. Now my sneezes just come over me in a split second, and all of the sudden I'm sneezing explosively into the air. It is gross and annoying to me and others. Also, oftentimes I'll release a loud screaming noise with the sneeze. Awesome. This never used to happen. What the hell, if anything, can be done about this? I take allergy meds every day... if not I can only imagine how much worse it would be. Anyone else experiencing this?
