Saw some in a Whole Foods yesterday..surprised me because I thought it was too early. I have made that tart, and you can make it with regular lemons if you can't find Meyer lemons.

Trader Joes used to carry them, haven't looked recently. Harris Teeter also has them in the exotic fruit section.

Yes but depending on how sweet you like things, you may need to increase the sugar content because Meyer lemons are not as tart as regular lemons.
