| Sacramento has fantastic yoga studios. My favorites were classes at Sacramento Pipeworks, which is a rock climbing gym but with first rate yoga instructors. Zuda yoga is good if you into flows, I only have experience with the midtown location. Caveat - my experience is from 5 years ago, but I heard it only got better. |
