I heard 4 from some and 3 from others.

I don't know about other clubs, but Arlington boys ECNL(N) teams practice four times a week: three on the field and one for performance training.

Has anyone got a dual roster or ecnl2 offer? Are they doing that or just offering 22-25 spots on the first team?

Girls 2010s and 2011s practiced 3x weekly on field and were doing strength training/injury prevention one additional night. That contract ended about a month ago. Some loved the sessions with healthy ballers and some did not. So, normally 3x per week plus additional session for strength training for most of the season.

How about the older girls?

Not rejection, but it might be on the tail end of the roster. Top 16-18 are set and if you are on the bubble, plan on fighting to get on game day roster.

I have a girl and it’s been 9 days and we haven’t heard a peep. I think most of the team just sucks at communication and we will never hear anything.

It would just be a very basic courtesy to let people know one way or another. How hard is it to send a basic form email?

Ets go. We haven't hit 250 yet.

Brave parent - Sending a basic email is a near impossibility

We are hoping Union will be better.

Union has been the same- 4 days with one being performance. Some coaches also add film review into the mix. However, it is coaches discretion on if they want more field time and there was a coach who did 4 days on field, and then 1 day of film…

3x a week practice and 1 day of performance training seems to be normal.
In ENCL (National) How long are practices 1.5 hour or 2hrs?

Brave parent here. Received letter.

The ECNL handling of this along with the club response has been nothing less than horrible. There needs to be an investigation into where all this club money goes and everything should be fully transparent.

You guys think that all the player movement will have a positive impact in the ECNl-R Boys program at McLean? All the teams have struggled this season.
