Or use them in a shrimp scampi-type dish - butter, garlic, white wine over pasta.

Do they have their shells still? Could make stock with them and do risotto or the chowder descr above- def need bacon in the chowder. Yum!

Make lobster rolls, put in a bisque, etoufee, make a paella. Do aq low country boil with a little corn, potato, and sausage. Just don't overcook.

I'd do something creamy, like an alfredo or a newburgh. If you baked it in individual serving dishes with cheese and breadcrumbs on top, it would be awesome.
