Let's say you had an impulse buy for pumps that are so cute but not really comfortable?
Or pumps with a unique color that you haven't really found what to wear with it for the last few years? Or pumps that you just want to keep for a chance to wear someday but you're not sure if it will really happen? Please tell me I'm not alone! |
Yup. However, much more so when I was younger and Zappos did not exist. Now I won't keep anything truly uncomfortable.
Will Zappos take back shoes that you've worn that are uncomfortable? Or do you mean that it's easy to find replacements?
You can't wear them out of the house and then return them.
|
Yes, but I'm a SAHM. I have a few pair. There are few occasions for which I need to wear them, but can't get rid of them since I need at least one of them once or twice a year.

I have a pair of gorgeous dark red (think cranberry or red wine) patent pumps. They are terribly uncomfortable. I wear them about once a year when I want to add a little pizzazz to my outfit, but won't be on my feet all day.
I have a pair of black leather pumps from Aldo that I have wore a couple times. I just need to commit to wearing them a few more times to break in the leather and then things will be a-ok. The only reason they're still there is they look brand new and cost nearly $100 so I refuse to get rid of them.
Hell no. Shoes are expensive. I have two pairs of evening heels (one black, one brown); otherwise I won't buy shoes that I can't walk a mile in easily.
Tons of all kinds of shoes that I almost never wear. I don't find out they are uncomfortable until after I wear them in the real world. I don't think stores take back worn shoes.
Dozens.
I have two pair of high heels for ... if I need high heels. I haven't worn either in over five years, but I keep them because my foot size isn't changing and they're pretty classic styling so you never know.
