| If you have done this recently, please share your experience. What areas did you focus on, how hot (or not) is the market, how much did you pay, do you currently rent it out, how often, and does that pay for the mortgage. Thanks. |

| My in-laws own 2 condos by the convention center, vacation rentals pay for mortgage. They purchased them in 2010. |
