We are expecting twins and our financial situation is about to go from comfortable to very tight. I'm not looking for investment advice, but instead for someone who can help us plan a budget and think through basic questions like how much we should reasonably be saving for retirement, vs. starting college savings, vs. building up our emergency fund.

Is there anyone who provides this service, for a reasonable fee? I'd love specific recommendations. TIA.
