Please recommend book on menopause

Hoping to find a good resource that covers changes to expect and options for living with them. Too many questions to even try to cover in the few minutes with my doctor. Feeling like I notice something new every week. Thanks in advance!

OP here - someone kindly recommended in the over 50 forum. In case any one also needed a good reference book:

The Wisdom of Menopause by Christiane Northrop.

After buying a copy of "Our Bodies, Ourselves," intending to give it to my daughter at an appropriate time, I was surprised to see that it had a pretty good perimenopause/menopause section.
