How do you put a picture in a post?

How do you post an actual picture (not a link to a pic) on a forum? Not sure how to accomplish this. Thanks!

You need to know the link to the picture. Then, click "reply" or "new topic" to start a new post. In the tool bar below the subject, there is a button that says "Img". Click that button one, paste the link to the picture, and click the "Img" button a second time. Then, click "Preview" to make sure it shows up correctly. If it is five feet by five feet big, please delete and find a smaller picture.
