Good gyms around falls church?

I'm looking for something that has childcare but most importantly something that has very early classes so I can get to my job in DC by 7am. A 6am class is too late. Something between Falls Church and DC would be ideal but closer to Falls Church so I am close on weekends. Any favorites out there?

X Sport in Merrifield, but they don't have child care until 9am.

I doubt you're going to find anything with classes that early that also has early child care. Golds classes don't start till 6 and their child care doesn't start till 9. You might want to think about evening classes after work, when most of the gyms offer child care. (most gyms offer classes and child care when the # of members are big enough to support them - most folks aren't getting their kids up before 6 to take them to the gym.)

24 hour in Falls Church's classes start at 6, but the one in Tysons has classes at 5.

I don't know of a gym that will have childcare before 9am or after 9pm. Why can't you workout at night if you don't have someone at home in the mornings?
