Monthly housing costs per square feet

When you add all the monthly housing costs that are not your mortgage PMI, what's your average cost per SqFt?

In my case it's about $1.30 and includes utilities, insurance, property tax, and condo fee.

I paid about $550/SqFt for this condo.

Before I bought I was paying about $2.40/SqFt for a rental that included all utilities. I feel I should have continued renting.

It would be good to know if it's an apt., condo, or house and where it's located.

Studio in NW- $.70/ft right now (HOA includes all utilities, no insurance on condo).
About to go to $.90/ft because the tax exemption is ending.

0.40/sqft for a townhouse in Rockville. (Adding up property tax, utilities, HOA, and insurance.) Paid about $250/sqft six years ago.

Bethesda SF home. Pay $0.93/ft for monthly (including taxes) and we bought for $434/ft 10 years ago.
