| I know rcp is technically closed during the shutdown but are people being stopped from running/biking on the trails? Need to get my long run in on Saturday. Thanks for any intel! |

| The only people I saw on the trails today were other walkers/runners. I have seen road closure and parking lots blocked but there aren't any patrols out keeping people off the trails. |

| I think the only issues are with big events that need permits - all the permits have been pulled. (which affected my Ragnar race last weekend.) But I have been running on "closed" areas all week, and the cops and security haven't said anything. |

| I drove from Piney Branch Pkwy to P street through the park over the weekend, just like I can on any other day, so I'm not sure what is really "shutdown" |
