If it were this a colostomy bag can be easily hidden for a photo op. She would not have to be hidden for months for that. I’m not saying she owes us a picture or doesn’t deserve privacy. But fact is if that’s what happened she could have taken a simple photo

I don’t know. Kate does always look perfect. I could see her thinking that if she can’t look perfect there’s no reason to try for a photo at all.

Listen, as a fairly "anal character" myself (organized, controlled, neat, careful) I would be emotionally overwhelmed at first by a colostomy bag. I would recognize it might have saved my life, I would admire and respect those who coped with it well, I would learn gradually how to cope, I would eventually come to terms. But I would also be devastated and depressed, to have my insides on the outside. I just would. I'm not proud of it. And I'm nowhere near a public figure. Maybe she's struggling. With that or whatever else. It's not a small thing...

The photo was edited and was clearly not taken this year. So there is still something going on.

It cant be the adultery. Apparently thats been happending for a while. So something happened in December that caused a further rift /crisis.

That is being spun as a medical crisis but it doesnt look like its a routine one. There is clearly a stigma attached so thats wny Im veering toward ED or DV or a combination.

I dont think they will get divorced. Both parties have too much to lose.

Agree. Though not in a coma.

People forget that it’s actually only been about 10 weeks. She asked for privacy and William is respecting that by not talking about her progress too much.

For whatever reason, she’s not comfortable having her picture taken right now. She may just be really upset about whatever is going on with her health and what it will mean for her kids and her life.

I can’t believe they released 3 photoshopped pics back to back. Something is seriously wrong over there. Why haven’t her kids visited her? Her husband only went once to hospital!

Is she dead? Her lover Kingston was beside himself with guilt and committed suicide or got killed by William? Hence Williams bruises around the neck??

To be fair, his dad is the biggest land owner in the world. They’re bound to find dead bodies on their properties pretty regularly.
