Recommended Hypnobirthing classes in the Northern Bethesda/Rockville Area

| Hi all--I am 24 weeks, and am beginning to think I need to sign up for a birthing class. I am very interested in taking a hypnobirthing class, but am having trouble discerning which are the best? I was hoping to benefit from your collective experience...I would prefer a class in the Northern Bethesda/Rockville area, but would travel to DC/VA, if there is a class worth travelling for. Thanks in advance... |

| I am taking a hypnobirthing class right now and would highly recommend it. Unfortunately, my class is in VA (Annandale) but if you don't find anything closer I think its great. The class is with Stephanie Kraft (http://www.serenelife.org/index.html). |
