Advice needed for elderly parents

Anonymous
Stressed out! I don't know if I should post this under money/real estate or under 50+ or other. Need some advice.
What am I to do with elderly parents (70 & 80) in terms of where to live for them? Currently, they live in the house under my name. They have a small pension, enough for their own food after insurance deduction. What's worse is, two siblings, who got laid off, are living there as well because they are unable to find jobs. Unemployment is maxed out. I pay for the mortgage and all utilities. How long can this last?!
How can my fiance and I buy a house!? start a family!

Is this your house or theirs? Where do you and your fiance currently live? You don't mention social security payments but I assume they are getting those? How old are your sibs?

Do any of the people qualify for Food Stamps, HEAP, etc.?

Your parents should be getting SS, make sure your siblings are not taking these checks. I would tell the siblings they need to get jobs if they expect to continue to live in the home. Fast food, cleaning service, anything. If they've maxed out unemployment they've been out of work for a LONG time.

1. What is the story behind the house?
2. What is the story of the mortgage?
3. Are you also living in this house?
