What's the best restaurant in Glover Park to go out to dinner with 2 young kids. (besides Surfside which is our usual place)

You could find food at Arcuri that kids will like... I'd go early (as you probably do). Old Europe has a kids menu that's not "German" food per se. Los Cuates at Wisconsin and Q (down the hill a bit) is kid friendly.

I guess so. It will be crowded and loud... depending on your kids that could be good or bad.
