| I remember when this house was on the market a few years ago. Still looks great. Only drawback is that 41st St is a little busy here. $1.3 is a lot for a busy street. You are VERY close to the park and in true walking distance to the metro. |

Agree, though, a very busy street where 41st and Reno meet (a fav. route to head downtown from Bethesda or CC for our household) |
