Sudden Morning Sickness at 16 Weeks?

I have had a relatively easy time with morning sickness. I am 16 weeks this week and all of a sudden cannot stomache anything. I feel really sick and gross and do not want to eat anything. Has anyone else gotten morning sickness later instead of sooner?
