| Yes, I guess I did phrase that poorly. I just wish establishing a brick and mortar operation were simpler, especially in the District. I appreciate everyone's feedback so far. I'm trying to reduce the bank loan amount and keep it under $150,000. If it goes much higher than that, it really chews into the margins. |

| Are we talking retail? I think you're going to have a very hard time finding Angels for that kind of business. You're best bet is to start out in a smaller way and show some cashflow before diving in headfirst without knowing the depth. |

Yes, and they make it really convenient! Just send them your account info, and they'll wire the money directly to you. OP, are you seriously complaining that it's just so HARD to find people to plunk down close to half a million dollars so you can start a business? |
