| Smear it with olive oil, salt lightly, cover with chopped herbs (as lightly or generously as you like, whichever herbs you like. Mine change with my mood.) Into a 375 oven, skin side down. How long depends on how big and how thick. Check the chart in your favorite cookbook (Joy of Cooking has one). |
