Which of these is more desirable and likely to be subject to redistricting issues in the coming years?

I haven't heard either will be redistricted. I guess it's possible that some of the western part of Flint Hill district furthest from the school would at some point way down the road but at worst it would shift to Crossfield and Oakton which are both on par with Flint Hill and Madison. Louise Archer will probably continue to have less enrollment as more children move over to Westbriar.
