Temping and OPK

I have irregular cycles, so I started temping this cycle as well as using OPKs (digital with smiley). There was a dip in temps CD 13-17 and then a rise today on CD 18. I got my first positive OPK this morning. DH has been sick this week, so we have not had sex since Sunday (CD 13). Is it too late to conceive this cycle or should we BD tonight (and tomorrow)? Does the positive OPK indicate pending ovulation? Does my rise in temp (0.3 degrees) indicate that I already ovulated?

The digital ones mean that you peak fertity is now for 24-36 hours.
