i weigh 250. measurements are 44-36-52. im 5'4. I have been really nervous about being told I can't fly.
And I don't need to be told that i need to lose weight. Came down already from 312, still losing. |

Are you flying SouthWest? If so, maybe, but probably not.
If another airline, you'll be fine. Just try and be a conscientious passenger and remain in your space. But people of all sizes are space-hogs on planes,. |
| no, you should be fine. |
| I worried about it too on my last flight and I was fine. My friend who weighs 450lbs has never had to buy an extra seat and she flies a lot, and internationally. |
Great job on your weight loss, op
|
Seriously, that's wonderful, congratulations, OP! |
+1 other. |
| No way, I don't think 250 is too fat to fly! I guarantee I've sat next to people in that range. Go somewhere fun to celebrate your weight loss!! |
Unfortunately, I've sat next to people OP's size and they are spilling over their seat into MY seat. Airlines should be tougher on making them buy another seat and staying out of mine. |
Agreed -- good job, OP! Keep up the hard work! |
|
Great Job OP, keep it up.
I think you will be ok. When picking your seat try and sit next to someone small or a kid. Hope it helps. |
| I'm about your size and usually try to buy an economy plus seat. It's more comfortable for me and helps with the seat situation. |
+2! I really don't think 250 is too large too fly. If you would feel more comfortable, purchase an aisle seat so you get a little more space. And ignore the haters. |

You will be fine
Go to www.seat guru.com to find out measurement of your seat....southwest is tight...frontier seats are huge.... Go for it!!! |
| op here (maril332, just don't wanna log in). thanks guys! I will look at seat guru, i was just worried I would be forced into buying 3 seats. lol |
