Where to sell really nice gold jewelry?

I have some really nice gold jewelry I inherited from my aunt, but it's way too gaudy/clunky for my personal style. (One piece weighs 2 oz, per my kitchen scale. Lovely but I'd never wear something that big.) I'd like to sell most of it, but don't know where to do so. Hoping to find some place that will give me a price for the jewelry value of it, not just the weight of the gold as scrap. Any suggestions?
