| I'm meeting with the company HR person in addition to those who would be in my chain of command. Since I've already been screened and made it to the "real" interviews, what is the purpose of the HR interview, other than suss me out regarding salary? Should I expect generic "What are your greatest strengths/weaknesses" questions? |
| When I have had to talk with HR, it is usually to make sure any paper work is complete....and to go over benefits, etc. |
