should I be concerned

I am on the pill and now into my "period" week but I didn't get a period. I tend to be very irregular but I recall that last month on this same pill I had an awful period so I started to worry that I didn't see anything yet? Is this normal sometimes on the pill-I know my stress level has been higher and I definitely felt emotional/hormonal the past few days/

I see that you've had a lot of visitors but no replies, so I'll take a stab.

I'll assume you have posted here because you are starting the pill again after giving birth.
Give it a few days and if still no period, take a preg. test or call your doctor. The timing of your first period after childbirth is anyone's guess.

Thank you-I should have been more specific. I had a baby about a year ago and I was on one pill where I hardly ever got a period (but it only had a few placebo pills) then I switched to save money and the first month I didn't get one -second month I had a bad one with lots of cramps etc-this time nothing. I'm not ready for baby #2 so I'm hoping that getting preg on bc is rare!

took the test-not pregnant We want to try maybe in 6 months but didn't want two under two which is what we would have had if I was!
