Cost to install a half bath

We are updating the plumbing in our basement.

We are considering adding a half bath where an existing sink is. It is right next to the main drain line so we think a toilet will go well in that location. There is already electricity in the wall.

We will do our own dry wall and floors, and will likely hire a plumber and electrician for the code related stuff.

Using basic fixtures and finishes and doing some of the work ourselves, what is a good range to expect estimates?
