Now that my child is in a safe place I just cannot express how horrible this daycare was to my child. They were not watching the children. My family felt we HAD to watch the webcam because nobody was watching our baby. As soon as I could we left and have found a wonderful and nuturing place. I am not sure why the other threads were removed but closely review their prior violations.

Completely after. We left, spent a year with a nanny and were nervous to start our new center after our time at Sparkles. The difference has been nothing short of shocking. The ONLY good thing about Sparkles was the day we left and how much appreciation we now have for quality care.
