Swim Team near the Vienna Area

New to the state/area ... Looking for a swim team program for my 8 year old daughter... she did swim team in Illinois this summer, and loved it, but I want her to enjoy the sport, so not want crazy competitive. Any recommendations?

Machine or N Cap are pretty big in Vienna. For a summer swim team, you have to belong to a club or Reston pools.
