Best International/Ethnic takeout or delivery places?

A lot of times it's just so much more comfortable to eat "outside" food at home. What's the best Indian, Thai, Ethiopian, Sushi, or other international/ethnicy you recommend for takeout or delivery? Where does the food & flavor hold up really well when packaged up?

Overall though, sometimes this is much more dependent on what you order than where you order. Some dishes travel much better than others.

I think curry based dishes (Indian or Thai) often actually improve their flavor by sitting.

Breaded or "crispy" things often don't hold up because they get soggy from the steam.
