| I mean the food is decent, but I can't figureout why they are so popular. |
| I credit the popularity of the Percy Jackson series! |
| Good food, good service, good value, nice casual atmosphere -- my ILs go there at least once a week. |

We live near Spartan's. It's so easy when I've had a rough day and can't bear the thought of pulling dinner together. Even though it's always busy, the tables turn over fast.
Slide into a vinyl booth, and everybody in the family can find something they will eat that is reasonably healthy. Like you said, the food is decent (although I do think the spanakopita can be rated as "ggod"). And the price is right and the service is reliable. |

| Family friendly, decent prices, fairly quick. Plus they serve booze, so I can have something hot and fast with wine. |

My FIL loves Spartans more than I think he loves my DH or SIL.
That said, they are so busy b/c they are delicious and quick. |
| It's quick, the menu has lots of choices for everyone in the family, the prices are fair, and the servers are always smiling and happy to see kids. Frankly, places like Spartans are too few around here. Given the chance, I'm always glad to support a family business, especially when my kids actually eat their dinner and I don't feel like I've taken a bath in fast-food grease. |
| OP here, yes I've been going to Spartans since the day they opened. Love the meatball sub and they actually make a decent rueben, but still surprised at how busy they get. I do wish Mike's American would open another spot, but either in Burke or near Saratoga |
