I just googled and you're right. She did some ceremony on the beach in the Hamptons to acknowledge the pregnancy loss. So she has 4 live kids and at least 3 ended pregnancies. All this is 7 years. She's obsessive to say the least.

Maybe in Spain, people named "Hilary" are called Hilaria and that's what she was called growing up? So her gubment name is Hilary but around the way in Spain, they call her Hilaire and now she wants to use that here in these parts.
