I copied the phone link into my desktop browser. Is it possible this messed it up?

They did not say, do not use your phone. I made sure to use my phone since that's where the link in the text was sent.

They actually did. In the email. It says they highly recommend using a laptop or desktop. There is no difference between following the link from a phone and tying the same link into a computer. As long as you use the correct link with the correct account.

It still didn't say, "do not use your phone." I always use my phone. I've bought tickets successfully through Verified Fan for TS, twice, while using my phone. I use desktop mode. *shrugs*
