Frozen pork ribs - 10 months old

Anonymous
Just found them in the freezer, got them last fall.
Do you think they are good to eat?
Or maybe just for stock?
Would like to cook them in the oven - recipe?

If not freezer burned and dessicated, should be OK.

How would you cook them?

I thought you were asking whether you could feed your 10 month old frozen pork ribs. I was going to say no, unless that's a 10 month old puppy. Otherwise, please cook them first.

How well wrapped are they? If they're vaccum sealed I'd say go for it, if it's a styrofoam tray with Saran wrap from the butcher they probably are not going to taste very good.

Braise them in a sauce. They will taste fine. The texture might have suffered a bit in the freezer, but the sauce will fix it.

haha me too i bet you disappointed some posters OP. I think if they're sealed and wrapped well, it's fine.
