Too old?! Quick help please!!

I'm at my grandparents house and my grandma just told me she's making green beans canned from her garden. She hasn't had a garden in at least 5 years! She insist they're still good. She knows I love green beans so Ill have a hard time avoiding putting some on my plate...

I shouldn't eat these, right?
