We are having a birthday party at our house and there will be about 10+ kids there - age range from 1- 10 years, along with their parents.
Any suggestions on food for the kids? I was thinking chicken nuggets, but after reading a previous post about nuggets, i'm open to suggestions on other kid friendly options! |
| That is fine. But I would appreciate some fresh fruit and veggies or snack food. We do not eat meat. |
| I would order pizza or sandwich trays. Have fruit, fresh veggies, snacks. |

I would avoid having separate "kid" food. Just serve some generally interesting/good things and let everyone eat. At least that's what I do for my kids' parties.
If I want to do something more kid focused I might find interesting ways to present the (normal, reasonably healthy) food. Like put nuts and dried fruit in muffin liners or grill sandwiches in the waffle iron. |
| I made a pasta salad with steamed broccoli and carrots, and just olive oil as dressing. Most kids eat this. For protein you can do cheese sticks, rotisserie chicken. You can throw in a salad for adults plus cheese and baguette and done! |
| Me .. I'd get a platter of chicken nuggets from chik fil a with fruit salad tray on the side. Easy and he fruit is healthy. Their chicken nuggets are also popular with adults and children and are good warm or cold. |
| ^^ oh and they deliver too! |
