Our son attended Little Star Daycare (he's now in school) and we loved it. I originally found out about it through a thread here on DCUM and was impressed by what a wonderful, caring, warm, smart and thoughtful environment the teachers provided. The kids did great activities: gardening, science projects, crafts, music class, dancing, etc. Marilyn, the founder and director, has just taken over a larger space in a church and is opening a larger, Montessori inspired, Spanish immersion daycare. I think they're opening very soon and having an open house in a week or so.
