Wow, just found out we are 7 weeks pregnant, very surprising for us. While we are excited, we are completely unprepared. I've made an appointment at Inova OB/GYN and have heard a lot of great things about Dr. Santiago but not much else. Does anyone else have anything to say about the other doctors there. Also, I'm looking for newborn day care already and haven't found a lot of places that I just love. My office does not provide maternity leave as I work for a non profit so I am looking at going back to work after just 2 months off. Any suggestions??

You might check out Easter Seals Daycare in Falls Church. They are in the City of Falls Church off of Broad Street. I know they have an infant room - and also a waiting list.
