We ordered from a Thai place we frequent order from, but everything was off. The food seemed old, the eggplant was mushy and stringy. Even the spring rolls didn't taste right. Would you complain?
We ordered through seamless. |
| If "Seamless" is one of those places that picks it up from the restaurant and brings it to you, then it's probably their fault. They left it in their truck/van/motorcycle for way too long. Complain to them. |
| I would complain to the place that sold me the food, right away. Not your job to figure out where the problem was. You want a refund or credit (If you are willing to eat there again) for your food. |
The restaurant didn't sell the food to her if she ordered from Seamless. |
| Absolutely! I always complain when the food is not right, you paid good money and are doing them a favor too. |
| I wrote a scathing review on Yelp. There were plenty of others there, too. All recent. This was a place with pretty decent food a few months ago. |
| I would complan however ,it may be the fault of the middleman. As PP's have said, Seamless may have left the food sitting around for a few hours and 'fermenting' in hot takeout containers kwim. That's the only thing, could be no fault of the restaurant itself. |
