I'm sitting here with my wonderful 5 month old DD and thought I'd come back and post my positive story. I know I would have appreciated hearing about it when I was here last year. I had unexplained infertility at 31 years old, 3 years TTC, multiple cycles of clomid and 2 failed IVF cycles. I finally got a BFP on the third IVF cycle but suffered through severe OHSS. I went on to have a healthy pregnancy and beautiful baby girl!
I post this because after my first and second failed IVFs, I spent a lot of time looking for stories where women were successful after previous failed IVF cycles- just wanted to add a positive story out there. |
OP, so happy for you! Congratulations on your beautiful baby. Enjoy every minute of it. You deserve it - especially after what you went through. <3
Congrats OP! I'm 2 years younger and starting down this road too after 2yr TTC. Good to know there's hope
|
Yay! Congrats!
Thank you! Enjoy your beautiful baby.
Congratulations, OP!! I, too, have a healthy baby (7 month old boy) that is the result of a third IVF attempt at age 33. My issue was severe endo, with a previous ruptured ectopic and loss of one tube.
Congratulations!! Thanks for posting it. Shows a ray of light.
Thank you so much for sharing your story-we all need some inspiration every now and then!
I also got pregnant on my third IVF cycle. Sometimes it just takes persistence!
I got pregnant on my second IVF try in my mid thirties, with unexplained infertility. I think being less stressed out about something in my personal life enabled the success the second try.
Congratulations
Thank you so much for sharing this-it's exactly what I needed! I'm 32 and just started stimming for my 3rd IVF...losing hope-these little things help though!
thanks for posting this. i have had 2 failed IVF's and feel very devastated. I would like to do cycle #3 but I am tight on budget after spending on 4 IUI cycles and 2 IVFs. This posting gives a bit of hope to TRY in the future.
