Pregnancy Swim classes in NW DC or Bethesda Area

I am interested in some pregnancy swim classes in the area... does anyone know of any?

I took one at the YMCA on Old Georgetown Rd.

Although they're not pregnancy swim classes I'm starting the aquatics classes at Sports and Health at Tenley Town. I have done so during my last pregnancy and was able to follow the classes until the day I delivered. I can really recommend it.

What exactly does a pregnancy swim class entail?

I don't know if this is what you are referring to as a pregnancy swim class but i just started taking an Aquafitness class at the JCC in NW DC.

The YMCA in Dupont Circle - RI Ave - offers prenatal water aeorobics. It was a great small class twice a week.

Second for the YMCA class on Rhode Island. I met 3 other moms from that class and 1 year later we still have regular playgroups and chat all the time. It is a great way to get some exercise and meet some other moms.
