s/o International Cities with Lowest Unemployment

I know we can all google, but does anyone have any experience -- or any friends who have moved off overseas with the "I'll find a job when I get there" view (for white collar jobs assuming general degrees -- not IT but definitely a college grad with some work experience)? I imagine you can't always do it due to visa concerns -- as in someone must sponsor you. I am kind of thinking about Toronto though I think the unemployment rate is massive, they do tend to have an affinity for US trained professionals sometimes.

Great place to be stationed in Asia, definitely great starting point and yes, if you go there with a US/ UK/Canadian etc BA or master's you will be given a visa to look for a job for a year and will get hired. BUT there are entire industries that we have here that are large that barely exist there at all (

singapore only exists to work in. it is such a shitty place to live IMO.

If you want to work in asia, HK has a much better lifestyle.
