My husband got an overseas transfer with his job very suddenly and we are going to be leaving our in-home day care provider immediately. She is absolutely incredible, and if I could take her with us, I would. Her name is Margot Edwards. She's extremely organized and runs a well-structured program with the kids. She's also very loving and plays a lot of games with the kids. She is there all day, but her mom usually comes over for half a day as well--I've never felt like she took on too many kids or that my daughter wasn't getting enough attention.
