In-home daycare in Kensington/Bethesda/Silver Spring?

Hello - can any of you recommend in-home daycare in Kensington (first) or Bethesda/Silver Spring? I have a list of licensed places but only one personal referral. I have checked out the place I have a referral too, and really liked the proprietor, but I have no other places to compare to and am very hesitant to only visit with one.
