I am trying to lose 5lbs.
I am 5'4. My weight fluctuates from between 125-130 during the month depending on a variety of factors. I work out about 3-4 times a week doing 30 minutes of running on the treadmill and 10 minutes of weights. What would a good calorie target for me be if I want to lose 5lbs in the next couple of months?? Thank you! |
| Have you looked at Myfitnesspal? It will calculate your calorie intake, based on your goals and give you extra calories for working out. I'd guess with your workouts you'd need 1500 calories per day. |

OP, keep in mind that there are a lot of people with disordered eating here. I am 5'11", healthy body weight and body fat, I work out five days a week and can maintain my wait on 2600 calories. A lot of people here have damaged their metabolisms (and have no idea what their actual intake is). Don't come here for nutritional advice. |
