Where can I get the best macoroni salad in MOCO?

Had the ones at Safeway and Whole foods and I'm not loving them.

Any suggestions?

Try making it! It's so easy. Cooked macaroni and some fresh veggies like tomatoes and cukes and lightly cooked green beans. Add in a tiny bit of miracle whip or whatever you like, and lots of pepper. Also, for some reason, celery seeds really makes it macaroni salad for me. So add those if you like the taste.

Yes except the proper dressing is mayonnaise + sugar + vinegar.

++ very easy to make and homemade, well those are usually the best. You can use greek yogurt with/instead of mayo if you want a healthy version.

Add some colorful veggies like red/yellow peppers, colorful olives, etc.

The proper dressing is Duke's full fat mayo, white granulated sugar, apple cider vinegar and a touch of Dijon mustard.

Also don't use watery veggies like cukes and tomatoes. Use tiny dice of red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, celery and red onion.

I use 1/2 lowfat yogurt and 1/2 hellman's light mayo, cider vinegar and a little sugar.
