| Yes, it is expensive but it works. I think I invested about $2800 but I lost 40 pounds and it was totally worth it. It was the baby weight that I just couldn't get off. |

| Sounds like a huge waste of money to me, but everyone motivates differently. If this is the type of system that would work for you then go for it. It looks like everyone that lost weight just dieted and exercised along with appetite suppressant pills. |

Which program? Which doctor? Most of these programs only work because of the weekly weigh-in which gets to be old and time-consuming very fast.
