Claremont - family-friendly apartments near the school?

We would love to enroll our child at the Claremont immersion program. We want to research the neighborhoods a little more before pulling the trigger on a house, and we thought we'd rent for a while before investing in a home. Does anyone know where one might rent for 6 months or so in an area that's zoned for the Claremont cluster????

Fairlington Village - you can opt in for the immersion program

I would not look for apartments in South Arlington but rather focus on the smaller condos or even a smaller home.
