Swim team - Sea Devils - thoughts?

Any information on Sea Devils swim team at Holton Arms for DD - 7 years old? How are the coaches? Is it very competitive?

My kids did a SDS clinic at another location. I'm not sure about the actual team (my kids only wanted to do clinic) but the clinic environment was very supportive and non-competititve.
